“A tour for the Family on the Go”
We were planning a short family trip to Beijing and I needed the right person to help me figure out how to squeeze all the sites in. We only had two full days and with three children under age 8, had to make this manageable for everyone. Melissa listened to my wants and needs, identified several good options, and helped me settle on the right choices for me and my family. In the end, we had two great days of seeing the incredible historical sites in and around Beijing. All of the arrangements went smoothly and couldn’t be happier with the experience that we will all remember for a lifetime.

Our company was planning our annual sales meeting in Las Vegas and the marketing department was slammed trying to prepare for our next product launch. Melissa stepped in to help us secure the hotel rooms and meeting space that we need. She and I worked together to narrow down the hotels that would be the best fit for us, negotiated the contract and helped to make sure that all our meetings needs were met.

“handling a family emergency”
Melissa recently booked my family trip to Hawaii. It was a wonderful family vacation, but on our last night there, my son became sick and had to be taken to the hospital. I called Melissa because I didn’t know what to do. I can barely put into words how much Melissa did for us. She got the room and the rental car extended for me and changed out our airline return tickets as needed, all at reduced charges, and handled the the travel insurance company. We were there an extra five days and she has kept in touch with me since our return, just checking on us. I travel frequently and have used other travel agents over the years. Needless to say, I will NEVER travel again without contacting Melissa.

I will never travel again without Melissa's help. She made vacation planning a breeze. She booked everything for us, from our hotel and flight to our rental car and activities.
